While Windsor Avenue is closed, traffic coming through the tunnel should proceed on N. Wynnewood Avenue to Sabine Avenue, take a right turn on Sabine Avenue, proceed to N. Essex Avenue and make another right turn. This will take you back to Windsor Avenue, and a left turn on Windsor will get you to the downtown area.
