Dear Residents:
We realize that the "Flash" was created to notify residents of emergencies (road closings, weather, parking restrictions, etc.) but approximately 400 of our residents require parking stickers for the 2 hour restricted parking on their streets. This is just a reminder that starting January 15, 2015, the new sticker should be on your vehicles.
